I am a firm believer that your mood/attitude for the day is determined in the morning, usually first thing after you wake up. That being said, it's easier to start off your day on a good note when you get out of bed and start you day strong. It’s easier said than done, especially if you have some incredibly soft, comfy pajamas that make you want to roll back over and prolong the impending day. This pajama set from Hello Mello has been my everyday wear for almost a solid week. Haha!
Some of the things that I have been doing the night before to make sure I have a good day are simple and easy, but they make a big difference. Cleaning the kitchen before bed makes a HUGE difference! I hate coming down in the morning to find dishes in the sink, or Olivers plate or tray dirty. I get rather hangry in the morning, as my Husband can confirm, so it’s nice to not worry about dishes and just eat instead of clean dishes and countertops. Another thing I do to start my day off right, is take 30 minutes after Oliver goes to bed and just tidy up the house. you will be surprised how much better your day goes when you don’t have to clean up the house before you can even start the day. The last major thing I do to ensure a good day, is I workout about 30 minutes after breakfast. It gives me that burst of energy I need to go into the day strong, but it also makes me feel confident in myself. Plus, it’s just a healthy habit to have :)! I hope you have a great, productive day!
