Return SUMMARY: Most returns (US orders) are accepted within 30 days of shipment if not worn. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us to request RMA which will be emailed to the address on the order. Return postage will be provided (valid for 2 weeks from authorization). Shipping charges paid – if any – are not refundable. A restocking fee of $4.99 per item may be charged to returns that are worn or missing packaging.

Our policy covers 30 days from shipping date. Outside of 30 days you MAY be able to receive store credit if all other return conditions are met.
To be ELIGIBLE for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached by original fastener. Item and packaging must be free from dust, pet hair, and smoke odor.

GIFT CARDS are exempt from being returned or refunded. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced or reissued. Gift cards are presumed to be as cash and are the responsibility of the buyer.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or PROOF OF PURCHASE. Please contact us for a return authorization. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please be aware that all returns are INSPECTED. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on worn items or missing original packaging. Rarely, an unacceptable return may be refused and will be disposed or donated at our discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email if we have further questions. Otherwise consider your return approved and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once you receive an email notification from our system, your refund has been processed from our store and we have done all we can. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items may be considered for store credit. Please contact us for consideration.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To receive a different size or color, please place a new order in the online store. The new item usually ships within one business day. Contact us for an RMA to send back the original item purchased to receive a refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (gift recipient), you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return that can be used for any items available from this store or any Careran Companies store. Please contact us for available options.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver on the original method of payment without exception.

A postage-paid return label will be provided on request for approved returns. The label will remain valid for 2 weeks from authorization. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a $4.99 restocking/handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
We process returns within 5 business days of receipt. Please allow at least 2 weeks from when you mailed the package back to our warehouse.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
